Did Miami ships depart late yesterday and today?

Passing by the port yesterday around 5:30 and a ship was still there. Checked the webcam today around 5:15 and a ship was still sitting there. So are they generally leaving a bit later than the usual 4:00 pm these days? Maybe with the turn around time taking longer due to the customs and immigration issues mentioned in other posts? Or just running a little late pad for the course?

Yes, the last few weekends in a row, they've been late leaving on Saturday. Yesterday was the latest I've seen so far. Liberty didn't head out until about 5. Maybe a little earlier.
