Has anyone had experience with using this company in Venice for hotel airport to cruise terminal or cruise terminal to airport? Are they reliable and on-time? Yes, I know we can take the bus, train, water taxi, etc. but don't choose to.

We used them recently (Oct 29) to get from port to Marco Polo airport with no problems. Arranged via their website 2 weeks in advance. They sent a couple of confirmations by email. Arranged a 5 am pick-up, driver arrived 10 minutes early with a sign with our name in a Mercedes van for the 2 of us. Taxis/cars are steps from the disembarkation terminal building so very easy. Fare was 48 euros cash, gave him 5 euro tip. Took 25 minutes with no traffic.
