I am seeking a non-copyrighted photo(s) of NCL Gem so I can make some custom t-shirts for my upcoming trip in June. If you have a picture that I could borrow, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. :)

There are high quality photos available on NCL's website in the Media Section. You are permitted to use the photos "to promote NCL" which is what you would be doing by creating t-shirts for your cruise.

I wouldn't be too sure of that. If tshirts are printed, they'd want a cut.

Where are you getting the information that confirms that NCL would want a "cut"?

I'd imagine if they were selling them it would be different. They're printing them for personal use. I say go for it!
