Disney Cruise Line Ups Policy on Door Decorations

I agree that you have rented a cabin' date=' and I honestly see this as a "less can be more" situation. However, a fully magnet covered door is far less offensive than a massive stroller or other personal items left in the hall! There are specific places to park a wheelchair or scooter if you didn't get an HA cabin. Personal items left in the halls are awful for the stateroom hosts and anyone with a mobility problem![/quote']

The landlubber park-resort goers have a favorite saying about guest-etiquette debates:

The Florida WDW park is popular with Brazilian tour groups, who have a different sense of vacation behavior, and tend to go in loud groups literally treating their outing as if they were on a World Cup-fan weekend. (Which bit of cultural difference management on both sides has to remind them about.)

And on the Park-fan groups, every time there's a debate about the limits of guest entitlement--like when one website tried scalping princess-breakfast reservations--the moms who find themselves on the wrong side of the debate tend to fall back on the childlike excuse of saying that okay, the practice might be wrong, but it's not as bad as some other unrelated impolite practice that's even worse!

At which point the group laughs that the debate has inevitably fallen back on "But what about the BRAZILIANS??" :)

Too funny...and I was not aware of this practice.

And I am probably guilty of "over reminding" people about keeping the halls clear. With a mobility impaired family member, it becomes a big deal.
