Was anyone else here on the infamous Fair Princess 1993 trip Tahiti to Hawaii? The one where the air conditioning went out.

 

There are still Princess staff who comment to me about that cruise.

 

Yep, I remember that cruise. I was working as the DJ onboard that cruise. Everyone slept outside for a couple nights.

We were on her for the Mexican Riviera cruise where the ac went out. We received a full refund and a free cruise for our trouble. Loved the days when Sitmar owned her.

 

I was on the Mexican Riviera cruise with you. That wasn't the only problem with that cruise. We had a stateroom steward that keep leaving our door unlocked! Not just our, but our neighbors also.

 

But with the AC out, people were sleeping up on deck and taking their mattress outside also.
