return passenger

I can't believe that I am a return passenger with msc but don't have a return passenger number . They said since I went on the Lirica in 2004 and they didn't start there club until after that I am out of luck I guess no deals for me and no booking for them Can't understand their reasoning . I had the same thing happen with RCCL but I gave them the information to prove I had sailed with them and they fixed it

If you email customer service I think you will be happy, might take a day or three. Despite some concerns, MSC is trying hard to be customer friendly. They have fixed several inconsistencies for our family, after the fact. They are experiencing growing pains with respect to customer service, but I believe they are sincerely trying in the office, if not onboard.
