They said since I went on the Lirica in 2004 and they didn't start there club until after that I am out of luck I guess no deals for me and no booking for them Can't understand their reasoning . Despite some concerns, MSC is trying hard to be customer friendly. They have fixed several inconsistencies for our family, after the fact. They are experiencing growing pains with respect to customer service, but I believe they are sincerely trying in the office, if not onboard.
