Binoc's with Harv and Marv?

Does the Harv and Marv Whale watching excursion out of Juneau have binoculars available on the boat?

Anyone know?

When we were there in '08 they had several on the boat we were on.

Yes they do, and they're really nice binoculars! I threaten every time that I'm going to switch mine out w/theirs....like they'd never know:rolleyes:.

Yes they have them - as AIP said, they are quite nice. But you really should have your own when going to Alaska - lots to see from the cruise ship with binoculars as well as from other cruise ports.

Frugaltravel.. Yes we do have 3 pair... 2 of them 10x42 and one 8x40.

I was told the 10x42 wouldn't be good on a boat as because of that size lens it could produce motion sickness, which I am prone to.

So thought we'd leave the 10x on the ship and just take the 8x and use a harv and marv binocular.
