Future Cruise Letters

I just got off the Summit to Bermuda and put in a couple of those $100 Future cruise letters that serve as a deposit on my next cruise and they said they would email it to me. Have not seen it, how long does it take.

I got mine two days after the cruise ended.

Give it a week or two.

 

I got all flustered worrying about it and emailed Captain's Club which very kindly issued one. But the very next day, I got the ship certificate also.

 

Two certificates and two payments, but that's great - it means two cruises in my future.

I waited about a week and then emailed Celebrity. About a week letter I got an email with the certificate number on it.

I waited about two weeks and then called. They emailed me the certificate within minutes.
