Guest Posted April 12, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 12, 2004 (Also Afternoon and Evening too!) Hope you all had a great weekend and Easter and for those who don't celebrate, just a great weekend. Are you drinking your water at this moment? Thinking of doing your exercise? Deciding what to eat on your plan today? I'm doing all three because I haven't been to good since I stepped off the ship...eating way to much..so back on my eating plan this morning! Everyone have three good days before we weigh-in on Thursday! Also Good Days after that, for forever!

BuilderMan Posted April 12, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 12, 2004 Today I'm going to be reeeeeaaaaaal good, 'cause I sure wasn't yesterday! However, I am proud to say that I did not have one piece of Easter candy although my son's Easter baskets were calling to me! I did overeat at dinner and am paying an intestinal price today! I've already used the stationary bike today and am drinking water as we speak. Woke up this morning at 5:30am to a horrible thunderstorm. Winds gusting to 67 mph, rain, lightning etc. Ugly, ugly, ugly day! Hope yours are better!
