JuniorCruiser Posted June 21, 2005 #3 Share Posted June 21, 2005 Oh good. So then our 5 day and 9 day b2b should count as two cruises. Do we get two gifts from crown & anchor then? Thanks in advance for any info. ~~Debbie~~ Happy Sailing ;) :) :D
CruisinCouple Posted June 21, 2005 #4 Share Posted June 21, 2005 Yes you should its two different bookings. Now the 14 night will only get you one gift. One booking that counts for two credits.
Penguin69 Posted June 21, 2005 #5 Share Posted June 21, 2005 What about if you are doing a cruisetour to Alaska - 7 day crusie then the land portion - does this only count as 1 or 2? Thank you
CoasterBill Posted June 21, 2005 #6 Share Posted June 21, 2005 On Celebrity our 7 day cruise and 5 day land tour did count as 2 and I am rather sure it would be the same here.
Aprille Posted June 21, 2005 #7 Share Posted June 21, 2005 What about if you are doing a cruisetour to Alaska - 7 day crusie then the land portion - does this only count as 1 or 2?As long as it's 12 nights or longer total you will get an extra credit. And if you're staying in JS or better you get another extra credit.
2forthesea Posted June 21, 2005 #8 Share Posted June 21, 2005 The back-to-back count as 1 credit EACH, but a single cruise of 11 or more days is worth 2 credits. The b2b is considered two separate cruises, so whatever you get for one you will get again for the other. They also do extra food goodies in the room for the b2b passengers on the second cruise. At least they did for us.
Aprille Posted June 21, 2005 #9 Share Posted June 21, 2005 ...a single cruise of 11 or more days is worth 2 credits.I thought it was 12 or more nights??? Edited to add: It is 12 nights or longer. From the C&A page of RCCL's website: Receive an extra cruise credit when you purchase and sail in a suite (categories RS, OS, FS, GS, JS) for sailings beginning on or after January 1, 2004 Receive two cruise credits for a 12-night or longer cruise/cruisetour on or after January 1, 2003
Runaway26 Posted June 21, 2005 #10 Share Posted June 21, 2005 I'm pretty sure it is 12 or more nights. We went on an 11 nighter and it only counted as one.

critterchick Posted June 21, 2005 #13 Share Posted June 21, 2005 C&A is the "frequent cruiser" club of Royal Caribbean. YOu're entitled to join after your first completed cruise, which counts in the tally. If you go to their website, you will see some of the benefits of joining, and what you get as you progress from Gold (1-5 cruise credits), Platinum (6-10), Diamond (10-24) and Diamond Plus (over 24).
