Thanks for the clarification on the ingredients on the ecig.

I am pretty much just about off my blu. I just take some rescue puffs when I'm really craving and keep myself busy to keep my mind off smoking.

My husband had started the blu about a week ago and he is struggling more. He really likes his Marlboros but he says the blus are pretty good.

Congrats to him! We went through hypnotism nearly a year ago. Quitting was the best thing we ever did!
