Buffettlovertina Posted June 1, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 1, 2013 I have searched and cannot find an answer to my question. I apologize in advance if it it out there and I over looked it. My question is. I have a booking conformation and I regualry try to check for price drops. In this instance I can not even find the date listed on the site for the sailing date. I even went to a price drop alert site. It is not even showing up on their site now. Can anyone tell me what that means? Is it sold out? Have they dropped that cruise and I will get a letter that they have cancelled it? The cruise is not until December 7 2013. Too early to freak out? Cuizer2 Posted June 1, 2013 #6 Share Posted June 1, 2013 This happened to me recently. Turns out the ship had been chartered - after I had booked it. If you are close to the sail date it could be that it is sold out. However, I was more than nine months prior to the sail date and ended up being booted off the ship. What was worse is that Carnival would not honor my price when I rebooked the same cabin on the same ship two weeks earlier. Maybe I'll show up when the charter group does and boo them all. :D
