Belize with teens recommendations

We have 3 teens (boy 19, girl 17, boy 15). Welcome recommendations and love to hear your experiences. Going in July.

You will probably want to seriously consider something the ship offers in Belize. Nothing your children would enjoy without taking some sort of an excursion. Pick the one all of you would most enjoy.

 

We liked the one to Bannister Island ... but they might like a snorkel catamaran.

Just plan to do something. :)

When I went in November 2012, we did an ATV excursion with cave-tubing dot com. It did take over an hour to get there and it was an ok tour to me but my kids did enjoy getting muddy. Belize is a tough island. All the excursions are so far away. If I ever go back, I would just stay in port, have a drink and do a little shopping

Cave tubing, is THE thing for teens! Maybe add a zip line with it. cavetubingRus or cavetubing.bz both have excellent packages and great guides.

MY youngest is only 15, will he be able to drive the ATV? that was my draw back with that ATV excursion.

We used cavetubing.com, had a great time and they have no age limit:)
