On Eurodam in March the happy hour was in the Crows Nest daily and it was an absolute mess. They never had enough servers and it took forever to get drinks. I've never seen anything like it on HAL. We prefer cocktails in the Ocean Bar before dinner and we quickly returned to that routine so we didn't have to partake in the mess upstairs.

 

I don't know why they don't have a happy hour in the Atrium Bar. It seems that it always sits empty, and in fact usually was closed. Seems like a waste of space.

There was an (occasional) Happy Hour held at the Atrium Bar, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., onboard the Westerdam during my recent Trans Panama Canal cruise & it was quite busy! All the bar stools were filled quickly!

The only reason that I knew that there was an (occasional) Happy Hour at the Atrium Bar was because I read it in the old daily 'Explorer' :) I think that it might have been listed on the section that could be torn off, which I did every day & kept it with me for reference! ;)

I just checked. You are correct - it's on the back page under Beverages.
