Resort between the Pitons

I have read that there is 1 resort actually between the Pitons. Can anyone give me more information about it?

Do they sell day passes? cost?

How much would a taxt be from the port to this resort?

Has anyone done a day pass here on a cruise stop? Is it worth it, or are there better options?

The Sugar Beach resort (formerly known as the Jalousie Plantation) is located between the Pitons. It is approx. a 1- 1 1/2 hour drive from the cruise port to get there.

Here is the web link for the Sugar Beach resort:

The Sugar Beach resort does offer a day pass. There is some mention about this and the cost of a taxi to get there in another thread. You can look into that at post #36 & #38 here:

If you find the cost of hiring a taxi to be too high, another good option is Spencer Ambrose's Jalousie Beach Break excursion. For $85, this tour provides boat transportation to Jalousie Beach and back again and includes lunch and beverages.

Thanks for the info on the Spencer Ambrose Tour! I just booked it.

You're welcome! We have toured with Spencer Ambrose Tours in the past and our time with him was the highlight of our vacation. I am sure you will have a great time!
