Every ship has multiple venues that are included in your cruise purchase. The main dining room, Lido deck buffet, featuring multiple stations with different types of food, 24 hour pizza, and room service are all included. Some ships offer Blue Cantina, Guys burgers and other newer features. There is usually a 'specialty' restaurant that is extra and requires a reservation (about $35pp) and you will find some smaller areas around the ship such as a pastry shop and coffee shop that charge a small fee. However you can eat plenty without spending an extra penny once you board. :D

If you're asking about Victory, it does not have a steakhouse.

 

So there will be no extra charge for food.

 

There will be an extra charge for the specialty coffees and desserts at the dessert place (don't recall the name).

 

There's no charge for room service, but it's nice to tip the delivery person.

Ok thank you and yes whether I pay gratuities or not I always tip and leave thank cards when we leave

On the Victory the only extra charge dining options are the Coffee/Pastry Shop prices vary....and the Chef's Table which is around $75 per person with limited seating.....

 

As someone else said it is customary to tip room service but the food itself is not charged.
