Duty free shops on Sapphire???

Does any one recalls the types of duty free shops on the Sapphire? I'm interested to know if there is an electronics store where I can buy some new Canon lenses for my SLR digital camera. Also, does any one recalls the brands and prices on liquors? Please advise.

The duty free shops on Princess are pretty limited. They do not have cameras or lenses. My experience regarding lenses in duty free ports is that the deals are no better than you can get from shopping online.

 

Don't know about the brands/prices for liquor.

The liquor selection is quite limited, too. Purchases are held and delivered to your cabin the evening before you disembark.

The photo shop on the Golden sold cameras and parts, but not many. I think they just had digital cameras and memory cards.

Sapphire has very limited duty free shops. Jewellery, makeup and perfumes - very good prices. The general shop has limited spirits - very cheap compared to prices in Australia - even at Australian duty free shops. Next cruise we will buy all our duty free allowance in the shop. the Photo shop has a limited supply of memory cards and film. I have a feeling that one of the general jewellery shops also sells cameras and leather goods but I didn't see a huge range. Gayle

Agree with the previous posters re the types of shops, however I think you can get camera equipment thru the Photo Dept. on board. Not positive but I believe a table mate bought some things thru there.
