Maasdam Navigation deck layout

DH wants to know if anyone who has knows the Maasdam Navigation deck knows what is in the area directly behind the forward elevators ... we have booked Veranda deck 115 under that area and wonder what will be above us? It appears to be a large area with just one door into it. Possibly a supply area? He wants to be close to elevator. Thanks Ruth

My guess would be storage space, both forward and above you. Not likely to be noisy IMO if that's the concern.

Officers cabins and the bridge.
She's asking about those closet-sized spaces between 115 and the elevators: "directly behind the forward elevators"

If there is no marking and it is a small space it is storage/steward station but, of course, there are Officers Cabins forward on Navigation Deck. We've visited those cabins a number of times and know them well.

Captain has fast access to the bridge. I won't name other officers with cabins in that area.

Sail - the area we are looking at on the Navigation deck shows a very large area with a door opposite S010 - opposite S005 is a door to a smaller area -

We are assuming it is all storage and should not be noisy to be underneath it.

DH driving me nuts this am with all kinds of questions. Ruth
