Cashing out OBC from ES Price Drops...

Forget going to the Casino or Guest Services. Head to the Sign and Sail Kiosk and withdraw the cash balance. I withdrew most of our OBC (we started with $1250 but that was really about $900 after PPGs) the first day, and the rest on the second to last day. Ended up with about $21 charged to our CC. No line, no fee, etc.

Here is a hint though...once you create your login, you have to go into the "Apply Payments" link...then you will see the withdraw cash option. It will tell your balance as well.

OBC from price drops is fully refundable so if you don't spend it all you will receive a check for the balance. It's only the non-refundable price drops like shareholder, future cruise certificate and milestone credit that you have to either spend it, take it from the casino or lose it. All charges are deducted from the non-refundable amount first and then they move on to the refundable OBC.
