Formal Night

We are looking for something for my girlfriend to wear to formal night on our cruise on the Elation in October. She is not a dress person so any other suggestions for what she can wear besides a dress and if nothing else but a dress is there a certain length that would be more appropriate then other. Thanks the help in advance.

There is no formal night on Carnival. There is Elegant night. She can wear slacks and a nice top. I wear sundresses. She can wear capri's as well.

As long as she is it in jeans or shorts and or t-shirt, she will be fine. You will see many clothing options on elegant night - from tuxes to prom dresses to clubbing type attire. :rolleyes:

You can also opt to not eat in the MDR on elegant night, and pretty much dress as casual as you like.
