Question about Cosmopolitan dining room on Summit

Has anyone cruised recently on the Summit and found the Cosmopolitan dining room on the second level by the windows uncomfortably warm?

I read a CC review which stated this to be the case and am wondering if it's an ongoing problem or if it's been rectified.
