Free pressing?

I'm looking at an article in a back issue of Travel and Leisure in which the author is describing a trip on the Mariner. He had a suite with a butler and said he was a little put out to find he could have had his clothes pressed for free the first night and wasn't told. Id this true? If so,only for butler suites?

Yes, only for the larger suites. We use plastic bags over our clothes(the ones that they use at the cleaners) when we pack and have found that the clothes wrinkles hang out once unpacked. It usually takes a day or so.

Yes, true. And we weren't told when in the master suite on the Diamond. Hubby sent his tux out to be pressed the first night, and we weren't charged. But what we sent the next day after he unpacked was charged. He was really irritated. Next time I'll ask.
