Tea3 Posted June 29, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 29, 2013 In a week, my husband & I will be traveling with our 2 sons on the southbound Celebrity Millenium from Seward. We have not booked any excursions yet. My sons are in their 30's and are adventurous, but my husband can not walk for long time periods, so he could not do hiking. What might be some wonderful excursions to book? (We would not have to do all of them together.) I have read several people seem to book when they get into port, but I don't want to be disappointed if they are all booked up. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. :)
CHEZMARYLOU Posted June 30, 2013 #2 Share Posted June 30, 2013 There is a lot of discussion about excursions on the Alaska Boards. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=55 We did some whale watching in Juneau & Icy Straight Point, a train ride in Skagway, and a crab pull/lunch in Ketchikan. The whale watching was private excursions and they are probably booked in full. Mary Lou
