Katoo Posted July 4, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2013 I booked my cruise on Sunday. I submitted my Future Cruise Certicate on Monday, and faxed my proof of stock ownership on Tuesday. By Tuesday night, the $100 payment on the cruise and the OBC from the cruise certificate was showing and by Wednesday the stock OBC was already showing on my docs. Wow. My Stock Certificate OBC, and my Military OBC both got posted much quicker than in the past! I've had to call several times in recent weeks due to changes in our vacation plans....or due to being booted off the Dream and placed on the Sunshine (due to both ships being redeployed) and have received nothing but the best service from all the reps I dealt with. In all instances, when I hung up the phone, I felt that my problems/questions had been addressed in a professional, efficient, and very friendly way. Dealt with them twice in the last 2 weeks. Called them yesterday to do a name change because one of my son's opted to stay home and play a baseball tournament instead of going on a cruise this Saturday. We're taking another kid instead.
