Cozumel twister exclusion

Can anyone tell me if I have to buy the twister excursion to passion island on the ship or will it be available when we get to shre thru a vendor? Also...has anyone been to Money Bar? And how was it? I have been to Cozumel 6 times and want to try something else, other them my normal routine...:D

We did the twister excursion a couple of years ago and had a blast. I beleive at that time it was only available through the ship.
