Silverscreencruiser Posted July 6, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 6, 2013 We have a B2B on the Ecstasy which we booked through a travel agent. A couple of days ago, I tried to enter the booking number on the Carnival website through the "Manage My Cruise" feature. When I got to the Booking Page and tried to click on "Booking Quick Access" the entire screen went dim so I couldn't enter any information. This happened a couple of days ago, then again yesterday and today, and I tried accessing the site from two different computers to no avail. Has anyone else noticed this problem? If it isn't fixed (or I can figure out how to get around it) by Monday, I'll call Carnival.

When you go to the "Booking Access" try to click and minimize then click it again...should work then...Hope this helps.

Drew's Wife Posted July 7, 2013 #4 Share Posted July 7, 2013 You are most welcome, however, I can't take the credit...I know very little about computers.:o.. There was a very nice man named Mike at the Carnival tech support that helped me and told me how to go about it.:)
vbintx Posted July 7, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 7, 2013 Per CCL, use Google Chrome or Firefox to access the website if you are having that problem. Worked for me! Sent using the Cruise Critic forums app
termdev01 Posted July 7, 2013 #6 Share Posted July 7, 2013 Agree. Don't use IE with Carnival site. Use any other browser Mozilla, Chrome, or evan Safari (Mac).
