Western Carib beach choices...Comments?

Will be sailing in December on Silhouette, and have come up with some choices of laid back beaches on the Islands, shown below. For those who have been to any or all I'd love to hear your opinions on how you rate these picks. Are they camera safe? (don't want to bury my Nikon in the sand while swimming), are their facilities top notch? Food and drink? and any insights at all. Finally, if you had to drop one from the list, which would it be. Thanks.

 

Cozumel...Nachi Cocom Beach Club

Grand Cayman...Royal Palms Beach Club

Jamaica...Chukka Beach

Haiti...Bamboo Beach Club

Nachi is great and we have never had any worry about our stuff while swimming in either the ocean or pool -- great service, food and drinks. Good luck! :)
