You are implying that every  professional athlete has been convicted of DUI. Is that really what you mean? If so it is not even close to the truth.

I didn't  need a full 60   seconds to guess,  they well may buy any who require it, the forgiveness exemption.

 

As stated above, they do not need a new one for every time they wish to 'enter'.

Why would you think   they do not check   pro U.S.athletes for  DUI ?     I don't ' ge t it'  so  do not  agree.
