Drinks package discount?

Last year with Celebrity we were lucky enough to get a 10% discount on the drinks package prices. Is this something they do regularly or was it likely to be a one off?

They offered the 10% discount a few times, then went to 1,2,3 go and pick your perk promotion where the drink package was included. Many would like the 10% off promotion again because it applied to more cruises, but it doesn't appear likely.

Best guess is the latest trend to continue as it appears to have stimulated bookings and they can target cruises that need the bump.
