We are looking forward to our third cruise on the Braemar in Feburary. Our only complaint is the dining hours. On most ships there is food available all day, so that if you go on a trip or go exploring in port on your own and arrive back at about 3pm, it is impossible to get a lunch. We like 2nd sitting for dinner, so don't want to eat lunch too early, so even if we are on board, don't necesarily want to eat until about 3pm. Also when you board on the first day, I wonder why no lunch is served?

Otherwise, we love the Braemar and look forward to going on her again in the Canaries :)

Thank you for your feedback. On all of our ships, we offer room service from 10am until 11pm daily, where you are able to order a wide variety of meals, snacks and drinks to be delivered direct to your cabin, at no extra charge. We also offer afternoon tea from 3.30pm daily, should you wish to indulge in some delicious sandwiches and cakes, and then also two sittings for dinner, as well as a Supper Club from 11.30pm daily.

Turnaround day (the first day) is extremely busy for our teams at the port and our crew on the ships, so unfortunately this means that we cannot offer a full lunch service. I hope you enjoy the Canaries.
