Behind the fun tour day and time?

Cruising Dream in September and we want to do the behind the fun tour, but have heard it takes about 4 hours and we have toddlers so wondering if Camp Carnival will be open and for that long during the tour. Anyone have any idea or experience with this? Has anyone been on this tour lately on the Dream? Would you recommend it?

It is usually on the last sea day at 9am.
