Luggie's In the USA?

I know this doesn't help the OP, but it may help others. I took my Travelscoot seat to an auto upholstery shop (after calling first). He added three inches if firm foam and reupholstered it in matching material he had at the shop. He only charged me $35. I understand from others who ordered fancier material it can cost $85. +/- so I feel I got a real bargain. I did this over three years ago and it is still well shaped with no dent, etc.

The travelscoot is not appropriate for someone that needs a flat foot bed. Nor is the seat all that comfortable as someone else has already posted of this thread.

Of course you'd buy a unit to suite your situation!! ;)

 

I have modified my seat, and it is quite comfortable. :rolleyes:
