I have only done one cruise with Fred but would happily look at booking another one. Something that would make me more likely to book would be an extension of dining hours in the Palms Cafes/Garden Cafes. I don't need 24-hour food but would like to be able to get a snack if I had a long lie-in or got back from shore at an 'in-between' time. I know you can get room service in the cabin but as a solo traveller like to spend as little time in the cabin as possible :)

Thank you for your feedback. On all of our ships, we offer room service from 10am to 11pm, where you are able to order a wide variety of meals, snacks and drinks and have them delivered direct to your cabin, at no extra charge. This service is very efficient and should therefore mean that you will only need to spend a short amount of time in your cabin. Alternatively, we also offer afternoon tea from 3.30pm daily, where you can enjoy delicious sandwiches and cakes with other guests, and a Supper Club from 11.30pm daily.
