mens size 15 fins at ports?

Hello All.

My 16year old son wears size 15 shoe. Will he be able to find fins at the snorkel rentals or should I invest in a pair?

 

We are going to CocoCay, St Thomas, St Maarten. Not sure where specifically yet.

I'd say buy 'em

 

but dang, they'd take up a lot of packing space too!

 

Where are you? Is there a decent dive shop around?

 

Most rentals are full foot fins and my quick look around says those max out at size 13 ...

 

which means adjustable fins ... but those are worn with boots and most boots ALSO top out at size 13!

 

I googled 'swim fins size 15' and did get several hits ....
