2016 Ship = Carnival Vista

Looks like the new ship has a name! I like it. Much better than Splash or Sunrise. Not a lot of other details in the news release.

Carnival Vista is not a bad name, just too Celebrity-esque for a line that's supposed to be the "Fun Ships". I'd have called it Carnival Surf or something similar, to parallel the Breeze/Sunshine naming scheme. But what's done is done. As long as they don't call the next ship Carnival 7, I'm fine with the name.

Vista sounds good to me. I hope they're finally getting away from the silly whimsical names they've been stuck on the last few years. The last class of ships to get good names were the Conquest Class.

Who really cares what the name is? What we want is a great beautiful ship with some new concepts.
