mthayer295 Posted July 21, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 21, 2013 We are in a balcony BD on Breakaway in a few weeks. I would love to get a Spa mini-suite or Spa balcony. We booked through a discount agency (one that I have used before thru ************* but this time we went direct to them). I am wondering what the best process is to check on an upgrade price. I can see on NCL that there are cabins available. Should I call NCL directly or go back to the travel agent?
Cubechick Posted July 21, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 21, 2013 You need to work with your travel agent. NCL won't touch your reservation (except for ordering amenities).
NJ Johnny Posted July 21, 2013 #3 Share Posted July 21, 2013 You must call your Travel Agent.
Tiggertastic Posted July 21, 2013 #4 Share Posted July 21, 2013 Definitely the TA - don't book 14738 though as it has 8 treadmills above you - unless you like being up at 6am each day Move a couple more down the corridor to miss it or go on the other side of the ship
