KillaFee Posted July 21, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 21, 2013 Hi, Are you able to go to the pool bar and request a glass of soda water? Do they charge? I don't like soda, so I'm not going to buy a soda card. I know that they have it on the bar gun, but I'm just curious if they charge. Thanks! Laura Yes, they charge for soda water just like it was soda, just over $2/can and they give you a glass/cup with ice with your can.

cathyz Posted July 21, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 21, 2013 and they add the tip to the cost of the soda water Yep, that's what brings the $1.95 can to just over $2.

chengkp75 Posted July 21, 2013 #10 Share Posted July 21, 2013 Can you bring a Sodastream? Do they allow canisters of compressed gas in cabins? Are you flying in? Compressed gas cylinders are not allowed on airplanes. Not sure about Carnival's rules.
DSXM Posted July 21, 2013 #11 Share Posted July 21, 2013 We mainly drank seltzer on our cruise and it was definitely worth getting the bottomless bubbles plan for the amount of it we drank. The bar waiter in the MDR always brought us a refill at dinner.
