I believe you are on Royal Caribbean. Steamers are not listed by name as "what not to pack" but the list does say that "the following are examples" of what not to bring.

You might want to ask on the RCI forum and see if anybody has had a steamer confiscated (they do give them back at the end).

I have brought my steamer on 3 Royal Caribbean cruises with no problem.

No problem bringing steamers with Disney or Cunard.

Was going to jump in to post the same thing. Carnival will confiscate them. I've seen pictures that people have posted of the "naughty room" and there were quite a few steamers sitting out.

I bought travel size of Downy wrinkle resistant spray. Used it on last cruise. Hung up pants, sprayed and let dry. It worked fairly well
