9 Day - Explorer with 4 yr old twins

I am currently booked on an NCL cruise but would love to get back to RCCL (sailed w them for years pre-kids). I have sailed Explorer many year ago and was wondering how the ship is these days. Still great to sail? Is it a good ship for little ones? And has anyone done any good excursions with little ones in Bermuda and the Caribbean?

This is my only choice of RCCL because of sail date and want to make sure I'm making the right decision for my family.

We just got back from this cruise on Saturday having been on the Explorer 2 years ago. The ship is in great shape and the crew was fantastic. Leigh, the cruise director was just about the best in the 9 cruises I have taken. While my 2 kids are older (11 and 14) I saw lots of families with young kids like you have and they were having a great time.
