Tampa Hotel

I have always stayed at HIEX Rocky Point but I would like some ideas for something nice closer to the port. Any suggestions?

Embassy Suites or the Channelside Marriot are two very nice options; the Marriott is almost walking distance to the port. Good luck! :)

We enjoyed the embassy suites. The trolly is right out front so we went to Ybor city too.

Yes, you could take the trolley. The trolley stops right in front of the port.

It's been a few years, but the last time I stayed at that ES they charged guests for parking, :( so I doubt they offer free cruise parking. :confused:

Thanks. We'll most likely book at Chase Suites. Thought it might be fun to take the Trolley to the port. That would be a first.:p

I have the whole day after I disembark in Tampa in November -- 9th?. Is there a hotel that will rent a room from say 9am to 6pm?? I'm gonna need a nap!;)
