In-cabin TV on Costa

Do the in-cabin TVs have the channel-equivalent to a web cam? I know I'm not phrasing this right (not enough coffee yet:o ). I've never booked an inside cabin before, but I've heard if you do have an inside it helps to keep the tv tuned to this channel at night; then when you wake up the t.v. serves as your "porthole", allowing you to see the outside via the camera. I've seen this channel on other lines, but never sailed on Costa.
