Dusty1210 Posted August 7, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2013 we just booked a penthouse suite on the Emerald, after cancelling an Oceania PH. I don't see anywhere on the Princess site that there is butler service in the full suites. Is there butler service?
bhopal21 Posted August 7, 2013 #2 Share Posted August 7, 2013 There is no butler service on any Princess ship. Mike:)
Dusty1210 Posted August 7, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted August 7, 2013 thanks for the reply. We won't really miss the butler, as long as we can have a full breakfast served in our room, which I think we can.

Yes you can take all meals in your cabin if you like; but don't miss breakfast at Sabatini's which is an exclusive suite perk. You will receive extraordinary service and can basically have anything you want for breakfast including a complimentary mimosa. This is and unlimited free laundry are widely regarded as the best suite perks. Mike:)
bdjam Posted August 7, 2013 #5 Share Posted August 7, 2013 Also included in suite perks is a complementary dinner the first night of the cruise in either Sabatini or Crown Grill.
Rare cr8tiv1 Posted August 7, 2013 #6 Share Posted August 7, 2013 thanks for the reply. Anything off of the room service menu is available 24/7, but anything hot from the dining room will be delivered after 7 AM (or a little later). One of the best perks of a full suite is breakfast in Sabatini's. An absolutely wonderful way to start your morning. I did encounter a couple of problems ordering from my suite. That's how I learned about ordering from the Main Dining Room. Also, I was extremely surprised that a vegetable platter I had ordered for 4 PM "could not be delivered because there was no one in room service". I found that really hard to believe and did address this with the Maitre d'. It should not have happened.
bhopal21 Posted August 7, 2013 #7 Share Posted August 7, 2013 Here is a link to the suite perks available on Princess: http://www.princess.com/downloads/pdf/ships/PrincessSuite_eFlyer.pdf And we have never had any problems ordering meals in the suites over the years.
