booking ship excursions for 1st time cruiser

my brother and fiancée are taking their first cruise as honeymoon on liberty on sept 1st. can they book excursions on line prior to sailing? as it is first cruise they do not have c&a no yet. how do we go about this. I have cruised 4 times and can access excursions for myself but cant figure out how to do it for them. have searched this site but cant find answer. can someone help please. tia marie

If they have their cruise # (i.e., booking #) and their name, they should be able to log into the site and book. There is no requirement to have a C&A number to log into the site or to book excursions, spa, specialty restaurants, etc. on line.

 

They can get their booking number from their booking -- the email confirmation from RCCL or whatever they got from their TA, depending on with whom they booked -- and then input the last name under which it's booked. They should be good to go.
