We were on the Allure and I am pretty sure things are the same. I only have the answers to a few of the questions.

1. 5th floor(top floor of the dining room)

2. We ordered room service every morning we were in a port and had no issues.

3. Dont know the answer to this

4. Either-you can reserve(and pay) prior to going or you can wait till you get on the ship. However, I will say even when we booked months in advance reservation times were very limited. So if you want a specific time I would book in advance.

Then I can fill in #3. :)

The dining room is open for breakfast and dinner when the ship is in port.

The dining room is only open for lunch on sea days. The Windjammer buffet will be open for lunch on port days.

EXCEPT: Lunch locations are REVERSED on days that the ship is at CocoCay and Labadee.

If the ship should happen to be in port during regular dinner hours, the MDR will be open. However, the MDR is only open for lunch during sea days. The hours for breakfast vary depending on whether it's a sea or port day and arrival time in the port.
