Purchasing preboarding wine in CapeTown?

I am not sure where O docks their ships in Cape Town, but hopefully it is at the Victoria & Albert Waterfront. If that is the case, then there are a couple of walking distance options. There is a wine store called Vaughn Johnson and there is a grocery store called Pik n Pay that has a nice selection of SA wines. I once bought a drinkable bottle of white there that was shaped like Table Mountain when laid on its side. It is a nice souvenir.

We bought wine at Vaughn Johnson at the enclosed mall at the Waterfront. The person who waited on us was very knowledgeable. I asked for a Reisling and he said not this time of the year! Prices very good and a wonderful selection - buy a lot. Arlene:rolleyes:
