Anyone been to Carambola Resort/Davis Bay Beach?

I have read conflicting information about the use of beach chairs here. Some info has said they are available for use/rent and some says that they are definitely for the Rennaisance/Marriott hotel guests only. I have emailed the resort, but got no reply.

 

Anyone have firsthand information? Thanks!
