As positive experiences are not posted often here on this board. Today I received my latitudes ship pin from the breakaway transatlantic :cool:

 

I did not expect that after 3 and a half months so it was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you NCL Wiesbaden Latitudes Team.

I also have had nothing but positive experiences with customer service and with my PCC. :)

I just called the 866 number to book an excursion that I was having trouble with on their website; and my customer service agent was very nice, helpful, spoke clearly and recapped my information. A++
