Picking up friends in Bayonne port

There are a number of bays for parking in to drop off/pick up people. I'd tell them to go to one extreme end or the other. (At the ends, there is ample space to pick up people and their luggage without actually parking in a bay) Hopefully, you'll both have cell phones, so tell them to just call you when they've cleared customs and immigration and are ready to be picked up.

A friend picked us up - it was a snap. There are numbers above the parking spots (actually a number may cover a 2-3 spots) - I found a relatively empty area and called him with the number of the area where I was standing. He drove up and loaded us in the car and then we were off.
