Love the discussion of heat. Yes, it's all relative to what you're used to. Many, many years ago I moved from Houston to San Francisco. It was such a pleasure to be away from the stifling heat and humidity that I didn't mind the chilly summers. It is rare to see temps in SF above 80, but it does happen,so to city residents, it is, indeed, hot! I now live an hour south of SF and it has been in the 90's since Friday, but low humidity. Thanks to the op for an accurate description of weather and events this weekend in SF.

I have seen that temps and weather are still good (on average) thru the end of October. Hoping we have good weather for the Oct. 26 departure....
