suck-no communication from anyone - had a private tour from Cannes to St Paul de Vence and a small private vineyard tour & no one bothered to inform us the itinerary had changed. Regardless of who/where/how I think as much as communication is so readily available SD should notify passengers of changes - of course this was not weather related. Just an anchoring issue - :confused:

Are u currently on board or is this for a future voyage? There is a huge risk in ports where SD tenders and private tours. Wind and water conditions around the small islands are notorious for causing a small vessel like SD to have to re route mid voyage. We have never made Anageda on 3 tries. If on a future voyage, hopefully you can get your deposit back. We weren't so lucky with another private excursion missed due to sea conditions. That's a risk when you go private. However you don't have to worry about it being cancelled for lack of participants which has also happened to us on SD.
